6 Motivational Youtube Shorts For Businesses in 2022

A lot of interesting things are found in Youtube shorts. What I have discovered about youtube shorts is that they are very short videos and the message they carry is very direct and clear.

I have been watching some of these short videos and I have come across some very motivational and inspirational ones that I want to share with you here.

To start a business sometimes can be easy but when the storm starts getting hard and difficulties start to arise, You need extra motivation to be able to keep going.

I have selected 6 of the very motivational youtube shorts to share with you in this article.

This short video is a cut from a speech of Pastor TD Jakes and It has been posted by Ben Lionel Scott on his YouTube Channel.

In this short video, TD Jakes emphasizes how important it is to think differently and act differently to be able to yield extraordinary results in all your endeavors, especially when you start a business. 

It takes courage to get great things done. It takes courage to be able to stand strong when things are hard and everyone else is giving up. 

You need to be courageous to get yourself going because.

Many great names we know and and and look up to today had to be courageous. It is their courage to keep moving when everybody was giving up that they become what they are today. 

I think this YouTube short is very powerful and every businessman or anyone pursuing a special vision must watch it daily.

The motivational YouTube short is 50 cent and it is on the Channel of Gregory Rattacassa

I love this short because the content is about having self-confidence in oneself. It is very important to have self-confidence when you start a business. 

If you don’t believe in yourself, then you can’t do it. Elon Musk believes in himself that is why he has been able to reach where he is today.

I believe a lot of people had the same idea as him but lack of confidence makes them give up on it.

In this YouTube short, 50 cents had to believe in himself. No record house was there to sign him, nobody to promote his songs, and probably not so important people to hold his back but he kept moving all alone.

When you first start your business, things are going to be hard. People you expect to stand by you may leave you, things may not come up as you expected but you need to believe in yourself.

Nobody will be there until you reach the top so having low confidence in yourself is not a good trait when you start a business.

In this YouTube Short, Dan Pena points out clearly that to become a high-performing person, you have to be able to fly like an eagle.

In this YouTube short, Dan Pena states very important personalities who have made it. People like Mark Zuckerberg, Steve Jobs, Elon Musk, and Bill Gates. All these men made it high in society because they spend most of their time working all alone without having to hang out with friends or having fun. All they did was to work hard and today everyone wants to be like them.

In this motivational YouTube short, we see how Denzel Washington points out how commitment and consistency are very important to become successful in your business.

Nobody has ever done it without being committed and consistent. You will fail a lot of times but you have learned from all your mistakes and keep trying until you make your dreams come true.

This is another one from Ben Lionel Scott‘s  YouTube shorts.

It is easy to have a dream. It is also easy to set goals for your dreams. The difficult part of it is setting up a plan that you will follow to make your dream come true. It is very important to have a strong plan before you get started.  

Even if you fail along the way, the best thing is to see where your plan sucks and fix it rather than going for another plan or strategy.

In this Youtube short, the speaker is discouraging you from having a plan B because bs are not worth it. Watch for yourself and get motivated.
